The project contractor required LOD 300 concrete model, reinforcement as well as review of Formwork and Rebar shop drawing against our virtual model. The building design showcasing varying elevations within levels had to be virtually modelled to enable clarity to the construction contractor and ensure error-proofing prior to actual construction on site.Identification of 300 potential issues during this virtual modeling effort added value to our client in terms of time and cost.
